Usage Note 47106: SAS® 9.3 fails during initialization and returns the error "Internal error: Invalid option table id specified"

Beginning in SAS 9.3, if you specify the SAS system option SORTANOM in a configuration file or as an invocation option, SAS fails to initialize and writes out the following ERROR message:
ERROR: Internal error: Invalid option table id specified.
